Terms & Conditions
Domain Names & Hosting Accounts: Inclusive of the package price is your domain name (except .ie domains) and your web hosting to the internet for one year. (Additional charge of 75 euro, current hosting charge, and domain registration fee of 15 euro, current registrar fees, will apply from year two on and is payable to your hosting company and not to AWS.
AWS will, on your request, pay this on your behalf and this service is part of Website Maintenance Fee (10 Euro per Month, paid annually) which will also be due at this time to AWS. AWS will invoice you for total amount with breakdown of payments due as soon as we receive your indication to do so.
AWS Prices: are intended as a guide & prices may change dependent on man hours involved. Contact AWS for conclusive price list. AWS reserve the right to review their prices at any time.
Deposit: Once the free sample of the home page for your website has been approved by you then AWS require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Invoice for remainder will be sent on completion.
Updates and Changes: As part of the Optional Maintenance fee you will get 52 hours per annum Free any extra man hours will be invoiced with full breakdown of charges. AWS charge €40 per hour updating/changes charge should you require this service and opt out of the Annual Maintenance Fee.
Logo Design: is Free with "unlimited Package" and €280 for this as a stand alone service or all other packages.
